°Õ³ó±ðÌýLeadership and Management Development Certificate (LMDC)Ìýprovides the opportunity to learn and collaborate by sharing experiences and knowledge with other colleagues. The mission of the program is to provide tangible knowledge and resources in the areas of coaching, communication, customer service, emotional intelligence, leadership, and team building excellence.
The LMDC is a self-directed certificate program consisting of five core courses and two elective courses. The five core courses are courses developed by the Training Department.Ìý The two electives can be fulfilled by choosing any of the other HR professional development courses outside of the core curriculum or choose from a range of on-demand online electives available through LinkedIn Learning.

- Hourly Employees
Previous supervisory experience not required.

You do not have to enroll in the LMDC program. Simply register for an eligible course and you are on your way!
We recommend downloading the LMDC Tracking Log to help guide your course choices and track your completion of certificate requirements.
When you have completed all requirements, use to contact the HR Training & Organization Development Team to request your certificate!
It depends. You must register to participate in the Develop Your à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã synchronous facilitator-led online courses. However, for your electives there are asynchronous course options on COVLC that are self-paced and do not require registration.
