Hampton Roads Reserve Officers' Training Corps primary units are Old à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã University, Norfolk State University, and Hampton University. Additionally, Old à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã University is the host university for the two cross-town schools, Regent University and Tidewater Community College. We typically have between 150 and 175 midshipmen active in our unit. Hampton Roads Consortium is one of the best positioned units in the country. ÌýIt is a short drive to the world’s largest Naval Station and home of our Atlantic Fleet, Master Jet Base housing the majority of the Navy’s F-18 squadrons, and Little Creek Amphibious Base home to our East Coast SEAL Teams. The Navy and Marine Corps offer both scholarship and non-scholarship options for students who want to participate in the NROTC program.Ìý

Companies
The Naval ROTC Hampton Roads Battalion consists of four companies distributed throughout three geographic locations. Navy Option midshipmen are distributed in A, B, & C Companies and Marine Option midshipmen are assigned to M Company. Company make-up and locations are as follows:
- Alpha - Navy (ODU, TCC)
- Bravo - Navy (NSU)
- Charlie - Navy (HU)
- Delta - Navy (Regent)
- Mike - Marines (All locations)
All companies are led by a student chain of command promoted from within by an Active Duty Company Officer.
