The University Mail Center is located at 1200 Webb University Center, next to Qdoba.

The Mail Center does NOT sell stamps. For information about procuring stamps for your University department, see Stamp Purchasing.

ODU Monarch Market and the ODU Credit Union sell stamps by the book. The two local 7-Elevens sell individual stamps and by the book.

The Mail Center accepts only personal letter mail that has a stamp and a return address on it.

The Mail Center has all the Priority and Express envelopes and boxes used by the U.S. Postal Service. We also have brown wrapping paper and mailing tape for your use. We do not stock boxes or filling material such as bubble wrap.

Yes, the Mail Center can provide you with Inter-Department envelopes.

The Mail Center utilizes the U.S. Postal Service Express Mail for this purpose. Some rural zip codes may take a little longer so call us with the zip code if you are concerned.

International Mail over 16 oz. requires a customs form. Mail to Puerto Rico and Guam do not need a customs form, as they are U.S. territories and their mail is considered domestic mail.

No. You can send items via FedEx at the University Village Bookstore (757-683-0048). You can send pre-paid packages via UPS at the Facilities Management Warehouse (757-683-6289).
