The Reflection Space is a serene and inviting space open to all students, faculty and staff. This room offers a peaceful atmosphere for meditation, reflection, or recharging. No reservation is needed.Â

The mission of the UCA at ODU is to promote multi-faith understanding, enhance spiritual consciousness on the campus, and to provide accountability and support of campus chaplains.

The Spiritual Life Discussions provide opportunities for respectful engagement within the Monarch community, exploring an array of lived experiences, beliefs, philosophies, religions, faiths and secular traditions.
