Learn about healthy foods and exercises that can support your heart health, including free fitness classes offered at the ODU Student Recreation and Well-Being Center. Your ODU fit fam will be sharing sample cardio workouts to try on your own, plus our campus dietitian will be offering free samples of a heart-healthy snack, kale hummus!
