In order to view the Assessment research reports, you must have an active ODU MIDAS ID account. If you have not setup a MIDAS account, first follow the procedure below to set up your account.
This procedure needs to be done only once:
- In order to create your account, you will need to verify your UIN and date of birth.
- Follow the directions to complete the creation of your MIDAS Account.

Learn more about this process and keep up-to-date with the latest here. COACHE studies the work lives of faculty, gathering data that can help administrators create a better faculty experience. Studies are conducted in partnership with college and university leaders in both faculty and administration.
