The U.S., Commonwealth of Virginia and Old à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã University flags will be flown at half-staff until sunset, September 11, in respect and memory of the victims who died as a result of the terrorist attacks against the United States at the Pentagon, the World Trade Center, and in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
